Together they have accumulated over 50 years of experience in line and corporate management positions in Process Automation. This management experience is combined with many years of business research and consulting activities.

Paul Rasmusson, Managing Partner
Paul Rasmusson, the Founder of the Company, has 26 years of experience in industrial marketing management, strategic planning, market research & forecasting, and acquisitions. He acquired his experience through corporate and line management positions with Westinghouse, Rosemount Inc., and CyberOptics. Prior to forming the Global Foresight Group™, Paul was President of DMCW Associates and Rasmusson Hughes & Co. LLC. Paul holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
Mike has spent over 35 years in the Process Instrumentation and Control industry. He was Vice President of Engineering for Bailey Controls during the development of their DCS system, Network 90 in the late 70's. Prior to joiningthe Global Foresight Group™, Mike has held executive positions in marketing and general management with several divisions of Emerson Process Management as well as Detector Electronics, and CyberOptics Corporation . He attended the University of Maine where he graduated with a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Masters Degree in Systems Engineering and a Pulp and Paper Certificate. In 1982 he received his Masters in Business Administration.
